Fundraiser for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society

The St. Jacobi student body had an informative presentation on the effects and treatment of leukemia. Pennies for Patients is the organization that is looking for donations to combat this disease. We are supporting this fundraiser in honor of our seventh grade student, Jayme Zenke, who is undergoing treatment for leukemia. Please send your pennies, dollars, or checks along with your child to support leukemia research.

I encourage all of you to please help donate to the Pennuies for Patients, if we all work together as a school we can ahieve our goal. It doesn't matter who wins, it matters what we can do to help people like Jayme. Lets work together as a school! But whenever you put a coin of dollar into that can, stop for a second and think of Mrs. Sharf and Jayme. God bless Mrs. Sharf and Jayme I hope they get better soon~!

  23. Anonymous,

I don't think the comments you see here are sent by people who are worrying. These comments are a great way for anyone to express their concerns and well-wishes for people they care about. Yes, the Lord is in control, but He also may choose not to make these people better. He may choose to take them home to heaven with him. If he does that, he will have made them perfect in the blood of the Lamb. Lord Jesus, we want these people healed, but not what we want, Your Will Be Done!
