Forensics at Wisco

These are the 7th graders who will be advancing to the competition at Wisco on Saturday, November 6. It usually begins at 8:30 and lasts until noon. I will get you final information as it gets closer to the day.

Jr. Choir - Thank you

I would like to thank all the parents who made the extra effort to bring their children to church early for warm-ups and to sing in second service. I feel the song went well. Next time, I will need some help in the balcony with monitoring students' behavior.

Jr. Choir to Sing In Church

Jr. Choir will be singing in church this weekend, Oct. 3rd, at 10:45. Warm-ups will begin at 10:25 in the MultiPurpose Room. Please have your child here promptly. If your child is unable to singing with the choir, please let me know BEFORE Sunday morning.

If you attend a different worship service, your child may leave the next time the congregation is singing. This will hopefully decrease the distraction of people moving during the worship service.

Forensics

This is a list of students who have made it to the next round of competition. The in-school competition is Thursday, October 7. Those who do well will then move on to practice for the final competition at Wisco, which is Saturday, November 6. Please check your schedules to be sure there are no conflicts.

Wonderful Graduation Reception!

There were many compliments on the wonderful job that the 7th grade parents did on the graduation reception for the 8th grade! From the set up, decorations, food, serving, and clean up, it was an awesome job! I think the kids really loved the punch fountain. I hear the Bertrams can be thanked for that donation to the event. Next year it will be your turn to put your feet up and enjoy your child's graduation! A big thank you from all of the 8th grade parents!
